Asante! (Thank you!)

We just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU for supporting REACH Ministries Missions so far this year. It’s staggering to look back in just half a year and see ALL the ministry that your giving hearts have supported! We count it a great honor to be the boots on the ground, but we are well aware that your support, your prayers, and your encouragement make what we do on a daily basis possible.

Of course, one of the main focuses of REACH is to do exactly what the Bible says in James 1:27 where it talks about taking care of orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you. Together we are heavily focused on God's true religion serving one another in love and have impacted the lives of an estimated 12,380 in the first half of 2023. You are a big part of making a difference in people’s everyday lives by giving towards feeding programs, buying students’ uniforms, paying their tuition, giving big to build dorms, churches, buying beds and mattresses, and providing school supplies. You also helped widows, partial orphans, refugees, disadvantaged, elderly, and handicapped obtain the basic necessities of life such as food, housing, clothing, transportation, and emergency funds during very difficult economic times in Kenya. We pray that God will richly reward you in return.

The seeds sown and reaped in ministry have been very many indeed! Several new churches have been launched, support for local pastors, Bibles purchased, equipment obtained, a discipleship book written and published, conferences and crusades held, a radio station launched, hundreds of new believers, in-school outreach, many leaders trained, and discipleship groups launched in the US, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Pakistan! Yes, without leaving Kenya we have been given an amazing open door to minister regularly by modern technology in Pakistan (a country that is 96% Muslim). We have 3 discipleship training groups and regularly work with our Pakistani partners to preach the gospel in outreach and encourage the church with the life-changing teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ! The churches are so excited they are even translating the discipleship book into Urdu the Pakistani native language.

You also blessed us personally by being available for one-on-one video calls, and by including us in group meetings that allow us to stay connected to our friends and family at home. The Bible says in Matt. 6:21 "Where your treasure is, that is where your heart will be also". Your love for us and your heart for us is overwhelming with the support you show when donating to the Cox Family Missions Project. This project finances our personal budget as we travel and minister so that all the ministry project donations go 100% directly to the posted projects. We truly appreciate your wholehearted love.

Please continue to keep us in your prayers as Kenya is going through some uncertain political and economic times. We are excited as we look ahead at the rest of this year as God has instructed us to keep our hearts and hands open. We do have new works planned for the second half of 2023; including a building project launching soon that will love and lift a school in the heart of a Nairobi slum to new heights and truly make a difference in lives for many years to come.
